Publication of invitations to tender

Prerequisites for the publication of alerts

Are you awarding grants or donations for projects in childcare facilities? The Ministry for Children, Family, Refugees and Integration of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia (MKFFI) offers support for selected project funding by publishing the call for proposals on the KiTa.NRW portal for a limited period of time.

This guide explains the guidelines and funding requirements for posting on this website.

General requirements

An announcement of third-party project funding for child daycare facilities on the KiTa.NRW portal is subject to the following conditions:

  • Publication of project funding is only possible in a timely manner and for projects with clearly defined content.
  • The funded project serves as a role model for the MKFFI or is of particular thematic importance for the Ministry of Children and Youth.
  • The project funding is directly related to early childhood education or child daycare in North Rhine-Westphalia.
  • The project funding is not related to specific product, service or brand advertising in favor of one or certain companies or sponsors.
  • The funding comes from non-profit and recognized institutions and organizations, not from private commercial providers.
  • The MKFFI is aware of the project funding.

This list does not claim to be exhaustive. In particular, these criteria do not constitute a legal basis for authorizing publication.

Application

The following documents must be submitted in aggregate form for the review of an announcement on the Kita-Portal:

  • Short profile of the funding provider
  • Expressive description of the project/initiative (type, project objectives of the funding, relevant cooperation partners)

  • Term of the funding offer: Start and end date for the application process
  • Contact persons, contact addresses, links
  • Possible logos and photos

The documents can be submitted in writing or electronically. The MKFFI or another body designated by it will check the suitability of the publication on the basis of the documents submitted.
