Questions about daycare job ads
Log in with your kibiz.web data at https://www.kita.nrw.de/user/login. You can also use your user name or e-mail address to log in.
After logging in, you can edit or delete the job advertisements created for your institution at any time.
The Ministry for Children, Youth, Family, Equality, Refugees and Integration is not a provider of daycare facilities. Please always send your application to the provider of the daycare facility you wish to apply to.
Questions about the Kita-Finder
Much of the facility-related data that is output via the Kita-Finder is fed from the data records stored in the KiBiz.web specialist application. This also applies to the master data of the facilities.
If you want to make changes and adjustments, proceed as follows:
- Log in at https://www.kibiz.web.nrw.de.
- Check that the data for your institution stored there is up to date.
- You can make your changes directly in the system.
General questions
Please contact the youth welfare office responsible for you. Use the youth welfare office search to find the youth welfare office responsible for you.
In cases of conflict, we recommend that you first contact the management of the daycare center and, if the conflict cannot be resolved in this way, the responsible persons at the daycare center.
The state youth welfare offices of the Rhineland and Westphalia-Lippe regional associations are also responsible for supervisory complaints and information.
Unfortunately, the educational kit is currently out of print and the Ministry for Children, Youth, Family, Equality, Refugees and Integration (MKJFGFI) no longer has any free copies.
