The expansion of childcare places for children under the age of three and the promotion of early childhood education is associated with increasing demands on elementary education and requires correspondingly well-qualified staff. By providing financial support for basic, advanced and further training, the state government is helping to ensure and improve quality assurance on a permanent basis and to address the staff shortage in childcare.
