Kita-MOVE is a three-day training course for educational professionals in motivational interviewing: It offers a practice-oriented approach to establish trusting contact with parents who are difficult to reach and to initiate a motivating dialog on educational topics with brief interventions

Kita-MOVE is the "offer before the offer" by motivating parents to rethink their parenting behavior, to change it if necessary or to awaken their willingness to take advantage of existing help and support services.

In short: Kita-MOVE provides educational professionals in early childhood education with assistance in difficult conversations with parents and at the same time - where necessary - provides them with support on parenting issues.
