The FrühstArt program is aimed at families with children aged 3 to 6 who are overweight. It accompanies them on their way to a healthy lifestyle. The program is available for German-speaking families and, in selected regions, also for Turkish-speaking families.
Registration takes place via the paediatrician's practice. In some regions, enrolment is also possible via participating obesity centers.

The catchment area is North Rhine-Westphalia, in each case within a radius of 30 km.

The cities include:
Cologne, Sankt Augustin, Bonn, Düren, Düsseldorf, Neuss, Mönchengladbach, the Ruhr region (such as Oberhausen, Essen, Mülheim, Duisburg, Wesel, Dinslaken) and others.

FrühstArt supports you and your child in developing healthy routines for everyday life. Families and their children are supported intensively and free of charge for 12 months.

The free coaching program offers support in the areas of nutrition, exercise, media consumption and sleep behaviour - individually and conveniently at home.

Families benefit from personal advice and receive targeted everyday tips!
