In a letter dated January 26, 2026, the Office of the Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Germany for Cultural Affairs within the framework of the Treaty on Franco-German Cooperation contacted the Ministry for Children, Youth, Family, Equality, Refugees and Integration with the request to forward the call for certification as an "Elysée daycare center" to the Franco-German bilingual daycare centers located in North Rhine-Westphalia.
