The ordinance on the principles of qualification and staffing ratios (Personnel Ordinance - PersVO) on the basis of Section 54 (2) sentence 1 number 8 and sentence 3 of the Child Education Act (KiBiz) of December 3, 2019 entered into force on December 6, 2024.

This is a regulation issued by the Ministry for Children, Youth, Family, Equality, Refugees and Integration with the approval of the Ministry of Homeland, Municipal Affairs, Building and Digitization, which was developed and coordinated in advance together with the municipal umbrella organizations, the umbrella organizations of independent welfare organizations and representatives of the churches.
